The RDBMS Version 10.2B of Progress OpenEdge does not use the "App Builder" (_ab.p). It is now the "Desktop" (_desk.p)

The OE Studio version uses the app builder.

Believe me, it ain't pretty, but we have a significant product in our suite that is based in Open Edge 4GL ABL.
